Song of the Day 09/04/12: Snake River Conspiracy – Lovesong

While I’m sure almost everyone has heard “Lovesong” in some form or another… probably never like this.  Unless you’re already familiar with SRC (Snake River Conspiracy).  This song was my coworker’s wedding song (the 311 version), and I told her this is one of my favorite covers.  It sounds like it came straight out of the Matrix.  Haunting female vocals and heavy industrial beats are a huge weakness of mine.  I also like that it evokes a different set of emotional connections,  than the other versions of the song.  It’s definitely sluttier.
